Various woods available - call to order as they will go quickly. The mouth pieces are made of cedar. The calls are tuned and tested by Jack,the call maker for proper pitch and tone. The call/barrel is Mincey's standard size and has a great feel in the hand. The call does not lack in volume. The calls are custom made on a lathe one at a time.
Bob Aronsohn, Crowmart Staff Advisor and, probably, the best crow hunter ever, said of the Mincey (JLM) call, Jack Mincey makes crow calls every bit as good as Mallardtone or Gibson. I like the feel of a wooden mouthpiece much better than plastic. They are good and loud and also have a wonderful tone to them. I am very glad Jack Mincey crow calls are available to us crow hunters through Crowmart.

Black plastic call has a plastic mouth piece and produces raspy, low pitched crow sounds. It blows easily and can be used for medium ranges as well as up close. The reed is adjustable. The picture is NOT of this item.

I wouldn't take two hundred dollars for my favorite crow hand calls. You probably have favorite crow calls as well. Why put them on a little string lanyard that's prone to break from around your neck and is uncomfortable as well.
